Looks like Adaptec doesn't plan to update drivers for my 3400S to work with Windows 7...so i need at least one new hard drive to migrate over...
Would like to keep cost down...unless there is a compelling case (such as a raptor) to move up a bracket...If a pair of drives is available...they must be matching (for use in RAID)...
A new WD Blue WD3200AAJS is 47.99 @ the egg...gives an idea of what a new entry level drive costs for those who wish to reply to this post...
