Looking for a LGA 775 mobo with the following:

DDR2 support (four DIMMs)
Quad core support (Kentsfield C2Q 1066MHz FSB / 108w TDP)
Eight SATA ports (could possibly settle for six)
PCIe x16, PCIe x1, and PCI slots (would prefer two physical PCIe x16, even if one is only x4 or x8 electrical)
No integrated graphics

Please let me know what you have, and what sort of price you'd want.
