try kijiji in your area under computers or computer parts,also craigs list is good
im from kw (waterloo ontario,canada)and really what you could also do is grab a skt 754 athlon64/3200 from factory direct if you have one of them near you and oc it to 3700 specs.
mine will go up to 2.6 /2.7 on an msi neo platinum 7030 board,with 1 gb of cheap ram,a x700pro agp and an antec psu.if you have a crappy mobo dont even bother with the 3700

i'm running a 3000+ right now so a 3700+ would be a nice upgrade to say the least
