looking for a free/cheap basic socket 478 motherboard for a dedicated folding box that will run 24/7 with my server garden. please reply or pm if you have a working board laying around you want to get rid of.

negative. the cpu is either 400 or 533mhz fsb.

I've got a Soltek board with busted caps feeding the AGP slot. Should work fine with the PCI video (and possibly the onboard video). AGP slot is effectivly toast on it.

hmm this sounds good, i can grab two and replace a partially working s478 board i have. i can't get the fan headers to work right. thanks.

Do you still need another board then? I have a microATX s478 board that I'm not using anymore. Its Intel board with 845P or something chipset. I sell it to you for $20 shipped.

unfortunately no, I just replaced that board with one that has sata raid so I can upgrade my home server to RAID 1.

come on guys, you can get better deals then 25 per board. i offered the guy 20 a board and he accepted. chugging along great in my farm and easily OC'able. but undercut him and let him shoot it down! you can always resubmit a bid.
