I got one of these cards a couple years ago for dirt cheap. Driver support is terrible out of the box, but after some extensive screwing around it's possible to get ASUS Xonar drivers to work on it, since they use the same chipset. After managing this I really enjoyed it. Sadly the little breakout cable / "squid" it came with has since shorted out and become very unreliable, so I've been forced back to onboard sound.
I know these cards were never very well liked, but figured someone might have a spare cable somewhere. It looks a lot like a DVI cable plug on one side, and breaks out in to 6 3.5mm headphones style jacks on the other. It's very short, only maybe 3 inches.
If you have one and would be willing to sell it cheap, or are just feeling generous, hit me up.
EDIT: This thing. Also called a "HD-DAI breakout cable" or "splitter" I guess. Found some old ebay listings for them but nothing current.
