Title says it all looking for a socket 775 cpu that is quad core q6600 or better

EDIT!!!!!!!!

I also need a power supply at least 460 watt - FOUND

Have a Q6600 G0 for sale. $75 shipped, assuming your are in the 48 states.
 
Never crazy OC's on the q6600 since I'm running on a 780i chipset and that board can be pretty frustrating to OC. On stock volts you can get 3.1/3.2 pretty easy. Never above 3.6 on the chip (under phase change or chilled water)

BTW - have a stock intel cooler I could include with the chip. (Unless you can find a good deal on the Q9xxx chips.)
