The TWKR 42 says it on the heatspreader, as per the photos.

The TWKR 00 does not and is packaged as a run of the mill chip, that displays AMD engineering sample under certain conditions on the bios screen.

You want to prove me wrong? Then show me a picture of the "TWKR 00" that the OP expressed an interest in buying. I can assure you all "TWKR 00", look like standard Phenom II x2 555 Black Editions.
