Basically, the cheapest I can get. I need it to be PCI-E and have DVI, passive cooler.

Not looking for anything above X300 or 6200.

Don't know if this meets your needs, but I have a XFX 6800GT 256megs DDR3 ram with SLI capability, and an arctic cooler/silencer NV5 for $105. It has 2 DVI and 1 TV output(s).
