WTB: P4 socket 478 mobo, cpu, and ddr sdram

Looking to buy new or used p4 socket 478 mobo (asus, abit, supermicro, tyan manufacturers), p4 cpu (+2.0ghz or higher, 800mhz fsb preferable), and ddr sdram (pc2700+, 512mb or more preferable, crucial, kingston, corsair, geil, mushkin manufacturers).

I'd like it to be a stable motherboard since it will be going to be a linux server running my web site, dns, ftp, email, etc.

Again, new or used. Thinking of budget around $250? Would prefer to buy it as a bundle, but I might get piece by piece of the price is right. Not sure what I can get for that budget. PM or e-mail offers to me. TIA
 
I can get you a 2.4 533 fsb and 2x 512mb of PC2700 for $150 shipped to your door. Sorry i don't have any mother boards.
 
You most likely will not be interested for a server platform, but I have 2 2.4GHz 533FSB ES chips with unlocked multi. Run at 800FSB just fine. YMMV on the overclocks, as I can't push anything past 210 FSB. Value DDR400 Ram or 845PE chipset? Don't know. Anyways, I was going to ask around $75 shipped, or make me an offer.

ECS brand ATX mobo has SATA, AGP
P4 2.8GHz, 800fsb, S-478 has stock intel heatsink/fan
