WTB: Opteron 175 or X2 4400+

I want to buy either an Opteron 175 or a X2 4400+ (socket 939 on both). I am looking for a full retail package that includes the stock heatsink. I don't care about OC abilities since I will be running it at stock speeds.

I have an x2 4400 that I'm contemplating selling. Bumping to keep informed.
 
I have an oem opteron 175 but it comes with a retail box, heatsink, and case badge. pm me if interested
