WTB older RAM

I'm looking to get some older various forms of working RAM to use in my PC repair toolkit. Looking for PC100 SDRAM up to PC3200 DDR ram. I think that covers most of what I'd see in the field. Looking for both desktop and laptop, small memory sizes, 128-256MB.
