Looking for a nettop pc, something like the fit-pc2, msi wind, or similar.

Must have HDMI out and wifi. Preferably a fanless setup, although anything under 15 watts at load would be alright on noise I think.

Also must be capable of running 1080p video at 24 frames, in either Windows or *nix

I don't think a nettop would exactly be the best way to go for hd playback.

I know there's a nice little zotac itx board that has onboard wifi and hdmi which might bet better suited.
