WTB: Netbook

[BobTheBuilderr0x]

Looking to buy a cheap, dependble netbook for my mom, since my desktop keeps crapping out on her and its going on 8 years old. Just needs a webcam mainly, and a os and drivers.

I wanna wipe the hard drive clean

Looking to spend under 200
