WTB motherboard for my 1.4ghz tualatin cpu

Yup.. i have a 1.4ghz celeron (tualatin) system and the clips are all broken.. can't figure out a way to get the heatsink secure anymore so im looking for a new board if it can be had for cheap. It's going to need to support multiple sticks of pc100/pc133 memory and needs an AGP slot.
