The P2 450MHz box that I built for my in-laws a few years ago is starting to show its age. As the family IT department, I need to acquire them an upgrade. However I'm pretty busy these days and haven't had time to build another one from scratch.

Minimum specs I'm looking for is a 1GHz CPU and 1 gig of RAM -- a CD burner would be nice but not necessary. Hard drive not required (I have a few spares). Budget is somewhat flexible but since it's funded out of my own pocket I want to keep it as low as possible. I'm ready to pay immediately, as they will be here Thursday night and I need it before then.
