WTB Mobo/CPU Combo (ATX DDR2)

Hello all. My primary system recently decided to go belly up, so I'm on the lookout for a replacement. Chief concerns are:
-Price: Inexpensive
-Form Factor: ATX
-RAM: DDR2

I'd like to stay AM2/AM2+, but am open to the idea of an Intel c2d combo. Obviously 4 RAM slots would take preference over 2, and I'd really like an IDE port among the SATA, but the price is the determinate factor at play.
