My roommate is going to be upgrading his computer and has a need of a few parts.

First and foremost, a video card. Thinking the $80-$140 range, like 4800 series ATI or a gtx260 or equivalent. Not interested in SLI or x2 solutions.

For the processor and motherboard, he already has an AM2 motherboard so an AMD Athlon x2 6000+ is considered.

Otherwise, looking for a cpu + mobo combo In the $100-$150 dollar range. Phenom II x2 550 or other good value performer.

If the chip requires DDR3, a good deal on some RAM would also be a plus.

Total budget is $275 for all the pieces, including shipping and everything.
