WTB Microsoft Office

I am using Microsoft Office 2003 and would like to upgrade. But, I am not interested in the versions that insist on using the cloud. I also only need Word and Excel. Is there such a product? And, if so, what is the least expensive way to go?

I also prefer to buy it outright, not pay a monthly fee forever.

It needs to be MS Word so I can let my computer savvy limited wife use it. ;-)

I'm pretty sure that if you bought something like a home or small business version, it would be a one time purchase and not require a subscription or force you to use their cloud solutions.
