WTB: MATX LGA 775 board, and cheap 2gb of DDR2-800 ram, possibly 85-8600gt

Hi there,
I need some parts for a super cheap HTPC build- so I can use for my P90X and six pack abs exercise videos!

So I need:
MATX board for a e6600 that's coming, PCI-E preferred but don't mind ram, ddr or ddr2, one of those Cheap ECS boards would work fine! Looking to spend $25-30 for one of those frys ECS ones, and more cash for other manufacturers

DDR2-800 ram 2gb =Cheap! I'm not overclocking and I don't need HIGH speed stuff, just reliable ram will be fine. Looking to spend ~$30, and I have seen them at $30 and below!

I have pci-e ATI card, but I just prefer Nvidia... Would love one with passive cooling/hdmi out but either or is fine. ~looking to spend around $50
