I'm looking for a *CHEAP* socket 775 mobo. Must support P4D, doesn't necessarily need to support Core 2 duo. Prefer 4xDDR2 slots. Really prefer PCIe, but agp is ok too I guess.
As for other features-- I don't really care. I'm looking for a really cheap board to get a workstation running with a P4D 940 and some DDR2 I have lying around. Onboard gigabit ethernet is a plus.
