Hi folks, want to experiment here and try to OC one of the Quad Xeons in one of my Dell 1U servers. It's an X3220 which is essentially a better binned Q6600. Therefore, I am looking for:
An LGA775 board that can OC decently
2x1GB DDR2-800 sticks
An LGA775 HSF
However, I am trying to do this as cheaply as possible. Anyone have anything collecting dust that may fit the bill? If this works, and I get decent PPD, I may find boards for the other two CPUs as well. Thanks.
