WTB: LGA 775 Mobo with ICH8R or ICH9R SB

I'm looking to buy a socket 775 motherboard. I really don't care what chipset it has, however it must have either the ICH8R or the ICH9R southbridge, and also the manufacturer cannot be Gigabyte.

Looking to spend around $25 shipped.
