WTB: LGA 1155 Motherboard with Optical Out

Hi Everyone,

I'm not quite ready to upgrade my PC and thanks to my child attempting to watercool my computer, I'm in need of a new motherboard.

I will be pairing this with either a G2020 or i5 2300 depending on the board--neither chips are capable of overclocking so I don't need the super extremes.

I need it to have Gigabit LAN and optical out to talk to my receiver. I need at least 4 SATA ports as well.

ATX or mATX is fine.

I'm hoping to stay around $50ish.
