WTB: Laptop

Looking for a laptop for a friend. Not looking for anything too fancy and not looking to spend much either, around $400 give or take a few dollars. Let me know what you have, thanks.

Would prefer but not necessarily a must:
*dual core cpu AMD or Intel either one is fine
*minimum 1gb ram
*minimum 60gb hd
*at least dvd-rom / cd-rw capable drive
*14.x or 15.x screen
*completely 100% functional, no dead usb ports etc
*battery should hold a respectable charge
