Looking for a cpu for my Elitedesk 800 g3, currently has i3-7100 cpu and I want more cores/threads for a small VM server

Would prefer an i7- let me know what you have and price.

Hoping I can find cheaper than fleabay.. dont want to buy from china and wait...
