That answer is pretty simple. Why use swappa when I can get the same prices on ebay (on the models I want).


It's like why buy an ipad air 3 at swappa or ebay when I can buy an apple manufacturer refurbished for 5-10 dollars more with full warranty (from apple mind you in a new case and with a new battery).
