wtb: intel 845 motherboard

Howdy!

need a motherboard for a friends computer. It's running a 2.4 celery, so he'll need a intel845 based motherboard. Perferably with onboard video/sound and an agp slot.

I have a MSI 845G Max-L laying around.
I have the original northbridge heatsink and a thermaltake one with a bad fan. You have your choice on that. Everything on the board works. It's been used around 3-4yrs. Been sitting for about 4 months. Moved to a Asus board (that I bought from here) with SATA and because it overclocks better. Also have the original USB riser card that includes LED troubleshooting lights. Also have the manual.

Board works great. Is very picky on memory when it comes to overclocking. But default FSB settings and the like. It's a very stable and nice board. I have gotten over 30 days of uptime with it before
