I can probably get you a brand new one for $150 total, shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority with insurance and Delivery confirmation to NC for $150.

It only takes 400 & 533 FSB P4s and Celerons, but it has a built in card reader and AM/FM digital tuner, is small, light, and quiet.
