WTB: IDE Raid 5 Hardware Controller

I'm looking for a hardware IDE RAID 5 controller with FreeBSD support.
Specifically I'm looking for an Adaptec 2400A or 3ware Escalade 7500, as those seem to be the most economical choices.

It's a shot in the dark, but I figured I'd at least see if anyone out there has one.....
 
I'd suggest checking eBay... I got a 3ware 7506-8 for $150ish, and there are 7500's going for cheaper.
