Just like the title states. I'd like to get an i7-3930K and possibly a decent board for it (must be 8DIMM / Crossfire / USB3)

I'd like to spend about $425 shipped for the chip.

Also willing to entertain trades for my 1090T & Crosshair IV Formula in the deal (will need your board first due to being a work machine).
