You are better off getting a whole refurb PC from ebay and selling what you do not need. Prolly be around $99-179 or cheaper if you can catch one during coupon time. I'm building a spare rig around a B85 and DDR3 that I had lying around from RMAs and just got a used G3258 for around $28 after the recent ebay coupon. This will be fine for a download bot/occasional use machine but you def want a HT i3 or i5 for any real stuff now, 4 cores min these days.
