WTB: Dual Xeon Combo

I am looking for a dual xeon motherboard with two E5 V3/V4 cpus and DDR4 memory. I would to prefer a Supermicro board, but open to others. Let me know what you got and how much you are wanting. Pics and full details are super helpful.
