WTB: dual AMD board

have a dual Asus A7M266-D. It's one of the first revisions that did not include USB ports onboard so they included a 4-port USB 2.0 card PCI card. I have two Athlon XP 1600's as well as 2x256MB Crucial Registered w/ECC PC2100 Dimms.
