Well this is the story, i recently went to MC and bought a kodak C813 or something like that since the were on sale. After i bought it, i realized i needed a camera a lot more than i thought. I was happy with the camera, until it crapped out on me 4 days after i bought it. I returned it to MC and got my money back and now i am here looking for a camera.

requirements:
-8.0 megapixels(10+ would be marvelous)
-HAS TO HAVE A RECHARGEABLE LITHIUM BATTERY
-NO kodak,GE or any other crappy brand
-Under 100 shipped
-Must take good moving shots
-Record videos in good quality
-Want to record in 640x480 but 320x240 is fine as well
-Hd recording would be great
-Camera must be in good condition

Still loking, Has to have Rechargable lithium battery and NOT USE AA/AAA
 
I was actually interested in digital camera not cam-corders becuase i take a lot of pictures

DEAD. I found a samsung s850 fro 80 locally even though it uses AA batteries the picture/video quality ROCKS!
