I have an asrock z97m pro 4 with an i5 4460 16gb DDR3, artic freezer 7 and a 120gb SSD for 315 shipped to your door
All you need is a psu and your in business.
I ran it with a r9 290 and ran new games on med high at 1080 with 60fps
