WTB: Dell Latitude-class laptop (e6430 or equivalent)

Taking a long shot here ... but looking to purchase a used Dell Latitude e6430 or equivalent for a needy friend with little/no money. Looking for a fully functional laptop with an SSD is a plus. Please provide item condition/specs, location and especially price via PM.

I might have this...I have a latitude I was going to post this weekend for sale, unsure as to the model though. I will check tonight.

EDIT: I upgraded the CPU, 8gb memory, and put a 1tb hard drive in last night and am installing windows 10 pro. Was planning to sell relatively cheap. This got me through nursing school and I am going to get a new XPS laptop to replace it. I pulled the SSD that was in it, but the 1tb drive seems to not drag it down too much. I figured someone would want the space.
