I'm looking for a way to spend some more quality time with my 8 yr old son. I think Dungeons and Dragons would be a great way to do that.

I used to have a ton of stuff (which I sold for $400 to a dealer a few years ago), but now I need to start over.

What I'm looking for:

Level 1-10 modules.
Hard cover DMG.
Dice, preferably 1 set that all matches so he can have his own "special" set.
Any other accessories that may exist.

I am also looking for miniatures, prefereably the small plastic ones that come with many of the sets.

what edition do you want? and how much of each edition do you want? I have stuff from each edition, any doubles i have (which I'm pretty sure i do) I would be happy to send your way. i also have lots of extra dice, and a ton of dragon magazines from back when they were good ;)

Just let me know what you have and what you want for each thing.

I'm really not sure EXACTLY what I want yet. I just want to get a few things to get started with my son and see how he likes it.
 
ok at the very least i have some hold your hand modules for newer players and i'll make your son up a set of matching dice, oh and i'll give you a heads up, there is a place you can get old modules online in pdf form, its actually on the wizards/tsr site somewhere, i know i had a handful this way, may be something to look at as well
 
I have 3rd edition Player's handbook and Dungeon Master's guide.

I'm lucky if I get to play an RPG once a year anymore.

PS - Classic Battletech or Shadowrun would be great things to play with him, too! I can't wait until my son is old enough to play some games with me!!!

I have D&D and Gamma World stuff going back 24 years, crates of the stuff, and many duplicate items.

Got any AGP video cards you would want to trade? I have some of the newer edition books that I've never even used if you have a good video card for trade.

Let me know if you do, and I'll get the books out of storage and see exactly what edition they are. I'm pretty sure it's a DMG and PH from the 3rd edition, and maybe some of the class or weapon books.

I've got 2nd and 3rd edition PHBs and DMGs $15 shipped for either set(2nd or 3rd Ed) or $25 for both of em.
 
I have a 3.0 players handbook that I don't use. My group went to 3.5. You can have it cheap. PM me.

Totally dont mean to threadjack here, and want you to get yourself taken care of first, but if you get an extra few offers for DMG hardcover, after you pick the one you want, might be interested to get one myself for when that time comes.
 
You know there's a pdf of the entire 333 pages? I downloaded it, but it's kinda hard to carry a pdf file into the shitter. :eek:
