I have about $800 currently to spend on core system components listed in title. I'm looking to Max out 1080p settings with good fps. I was going to buy new but thought I could maybe get more for my money here. I'm usually partial to Intel but will consider AMD as well.

I'm looking for 8th i7 or Ryzen 5 and up. Also GTX 1070 or RX 580 OR better.

Let me know what you got. It's been a while so if this isn't allowed please let me know or delete.

If you find the rest, I'll have a 9600k delidded with a copper IHS listed up tonight or tomorrow depending when I get to test it.
