WTB: Cheap tablet to play with.. touchscreen laptop

Just looking for something cheap, hopefully in the P3 900 mhz and above. Condition could be crap, as long as it works. i don't even need the keyboard as long as it has usb ports. PM me with offers, but I'm definitely looking to pay less than ebay for it. It's just something I want to play with and try before I start on a new project.
Hopefully looking to spend less than $250, but depending on specs.... I'm willing to pay more!

I have a P3/800 Fujitsu lifebook. Functions pretty well for it's age, mediocre battery, 256mb memory, 30gb hd, win2k. I bought it to tinker with and has sat idle. That is...if you haven't found anything!
