As stated, I need a PCIE video card; I am planning to dump PC gaming. Here is what I need:

-GPU: Anything
-RAM: Anything
-Connections: Dual DVI
-Must be HDCP Ready
-I would prefer something with a passive heatsink. The less noise the card makes, the more likely I am to be interested.
