WTB: Cheap PCI-E Graphics Card

Looking to buy a graphics card for my wifes build, she doesn't do any gaming at all and the integrated graphics on the Ryzen 3 is giving me screen blackout issues. Doesn't matter to me what the card is capable of, just need it to be PCI-E.

Half or full height?
