Topic.

My PSU went out yesterday and it took out my E7400 and 7900GTX. I had a replacement PSU on hand, but no replacement processor or gpu.

Normally, I wouldn't mind buying high end stuffs, but a ton of bills hit me and I'm really low on cash.

So, I would prefer not to pay more than $20 shipped for any s775 proc and $20 shipped for any gpu -- I need my computer up and running asap.

Post or pm me with what you guys got.

Thanks.

There's a guy asking for $36 new for a celeron E3300 on anandtech. You can't really go any lower for best bang for the buck. The E3300 is equivalent to a E7xxx series since it's a 45nm ver.
$20 would get you like a really low c2d, probably not even one, maybe even just Pentium D's.. Not sure if you'd like to be on that end!

The processor, I don't mind -- but the graphic card has to be somewhat decent, as in, 6000 series and higher (nvidia) or 3000 series or higher (ATI).

I've gotten a 7900GTX (the one that blew up) for $15 shipped, so...
