I need a cheap mobo/cpu/ram combo. Its for a friend whos computer just died and who doesn't have the financial means right now to get another one. A laptop with a dead screen or anything would even work. let me know.

also, I need a cpu cooler for a socket 775 pentium 4 3ghz. Thanks
 
What's the budget for the friend's computer replacement? I have a few older PCs (Athlon XP 1600+ ... P4-1.8GHz) for $20-30. PM for pics and more detailed info if interested.
