WTB: cheap low power card

Hey guys, it's summer time and the extreme heat has really murdered my machine. Recently, Windows has been shutting down due to overheating and I've narrowed it down to the gpu as my cpu temps never go above 50c while my gpu temps are in the high 80s and sometimes peak in the 90s. Anyways, I'm looking to replace it with a low power card that doesn't require a 6-pin connector as I'm short on space and I could just barely get the 8800gt to fit.

I mostly play WoW these days at 1680x1050 so I don't need a beefy card. I've narrowed down my choices to the following cards preferably near the $50 range but shoot me offers anyways.

9800gt "Green" or EE
GT240
