WTB: Cheap LGA 775 Mobo and processor

As the title says I am looking for:

1) a really cheap LGA 775 motherboard
- that supports DDR2 ram (I have 2x1GB DDR2 667 Ram sitting idle)
- That has on board video (Prefrable but not required)
- Mobo with backplate makes me happy
- Sata2 would be nice if possible but not really a major requirement

2) A really cheap LGA 775 CPU
- Celerons are good with me
- No need for high performance or overclocking

Would really appreciate if everything can be had for for $100 or close

This will be a system that I will be using when I am between my expesnive systems so I have no need for performance just a basic setup with DDR2
