I need a cheap laptop with a CD-ROM and FLOPPY!

I'd like to keep the price under $100 if possible. Don't care about working batteries or anything else, just need something with atleast one PCMCIA slot so I can use my NIC, a working keyboard and mouse and a CD-ROM drive and floppy (if the CD-ROM drive isn't bootable) and an A/C adapter. I don't need/want anything else becuase I am trying to keep the cost down. Slow processor is fine as long as it's got atleast 32MB RAM, the machine won't be doing anything besides SSHing into a more powerful box to run programs.
