WTB: Cheap iPad that can support iOS 10

Hi there!

As title pretty much state - I need a 16GB (or a 32GB if the price is right) iPad that can support iOS 10 for as cheap as possible - I am purchasing this for my aunt who is going to gift it to one of her (rather destructive) kids... hence why we need a cheap one.

The devices I am specifically interested are either iPad Mini 2 or iPad 4th generation. Cellular models are not needed but will entertain if the offer is good enough.

Looking to spend at a ballpark of $150.

Show me what you got! Heat is under vanfanel89 and eBay under lromm.

I have two that may fit the bill and save you some money since they already have good cases:

iPad mini 16gb - white - with white/silver lifeproof case (missing headphone screw cap)
iPad 2 64gb - black - with black otterbox

lmk if you interested. I'll get you some pics/prices.
 
Thanks - but both of these do not support iOS 10 and the request was specifically for one that can support iOS 10 which is iPad Mini 2 or iPad 4th generation at a minimum.

Can your budget be increased at all?
I have a iPad Air with a kids bumper case that my son no longer uses.

Apple iPad Air 1 Tablet 16GB -Space Gray MD785LL/A

I have a after marker lightning cable and charger for it, beat up, but work fine.
iPad is in great shape.........the case really takes care of it.
