WTB: Cheap AM2 heatsink

I'm a little short on funds and i need a new heatsink to replace the crappy all aluminum block i have here. Unfortunately, i have some requirements.

Silent
copper
can't be bigger than a 92mm fan. Would love something that has an 80mm fan. This case is very small and cramped.
must fit stock am2 bracket.
pwm fan.

How cheap is "cheap"? I have an AM2 server heatsink, copper base, heatpipes, really short, but very loud. You could replace the fan if you like though, anyhow, LMK.

so tempting but most of those heatsinks are just too big for my setup.
The only one that might remotely work is the zalman and it does not have a pwm fan.
