I need a cheap/old desktop to use as a NAS (freeNAS or WHS). PM me if you have anything that may work.

would require a bit of work, but can be a nas, xbmc client, ubuntu desktop, etc. think i'll likely buy one in the future to play with. just a thought..... very low power draw.
 
I have an itx atom rig with psu, case, ram and all if you would be interested.
 
Got an old Dell Optiplex GX260 that I would shoot ya for a $100 shipped. LOL, the shipping will probably be close to that. :p

hell, I got a few older P4/celeron desktops you can HAVE if you come pick them up. lol. That goes for anyone else as well.
 
I have a HP System taken out of service, Dual Core Pentium data. Has IDE and SATA, but one of the sata ports has the plastic removed from the board when the cable was pulled..works fine and comes with a card reader, IDE hard drive and two optical drives.
