Looking for a 1070ti and up video card. Being price concious (cheap). I know a lot of people refuse shipping to Canada hence the title.
I don't want to spend retail price and it doesn't matter to me if it's been used as long as the card isn't burnt up or fans ate worn.
Not looking for anything below the Ti range.
